We are a small but modern bed & breakfast.
With 3 bedrooms and a cozy breakfast room, we want to offer you a good starting point for your excursions in Trieste, but also a quiet place where you can rest comfortably, and perhaps linger and chat with us!
Parking lots
At 50 meters from our b&b you will find the Park Foro Ulpiano, parcheggio sotterraneo, prenotabile anche on-line. Tariffe da € 1,70 / ora - € 16,00/giorno. A circa 100 metri ci sono invece gli parking stalls (blue stripes) with parking meter, which can also be used via the EASY PARK App, free from 20:00 to 08:00, on Sundays and public holidays. DO NOT PARK Absolutely in the area surrounding the COURT (yellow stripes): apart from Sundays, you risk being removed, or worse.

Nel b&b abbiamo ritagliato un piccolo spazio anche per voi! Lla sala colazioni è dotata di balcone, dove potrete godervi il vostro piccolo piacere in santa pace! in the rooms and in the other common areas it is, of course, STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE.

our sanitization procedures
to ensure safety of our guests we have adopted some procedures aimed at guaranteeing the correct sanitization of all rooms and social distancing. Unfortunately, some services may be affected, but we believe the safety of our guests is a priority, so we trust that you will appreciate our efforts, and you will collaborate with us to ensure maximum protection at every stage of your stay.
L’inserimento dei dati dei documenti, il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno e l’eventuale aggiunta di servizi extra possono essere completati online, seguendo le istruzioni che riceverete prima del vostro soggiorno, questo per ridurre al minimo le occasioni di contagio.
L’orario di check-in inoltre verrà concordato preventivamente per evitarvi di incrociare altri ospiti in entrata o uscita.
In reception troverete a disposizione mascherine monouso e gel igienizzanti. E’ fatto obbligo a tutti gli ospiti di igienizzare le mani all’entrata e ad ogni utilizzo delle parti comuni, e di indossare SEMPRE la mascherina.
Tutto il tessile viene sottoposto a lavaggio ad alta temperatura con igienizzante apposito. Le coperte vengono turnate in modo da consentire 24 ore di sanificazione all’aria tra un utilizzo e l’altro. In camera troverete un cesto in cui porre tutta la biancheria utilizzata (da letto e da bagno) prima di lasciare la vostra stanza.
Materassi e cuscini vengono sanificati a vapore dopo ogni soggiorno.
Pavimenti e superfici vengono disinfettati con prodotti a base di ipoclorito di sodio in diluizione 0,1%. In caso di allergie vi preghiamo di segnalarlo prima del vostro soggiorno, provvederemo a sanificazione con metodi alternativi.
I servizi igienici vengono disinfettati con soluzione di ipoclorito di sodio allo 0,5%. In caso di allergie vi preghiamo di comunicarlo prima del vostro soggiorno, provvederemo alla sanificazione con metodi alternativi.
Maniglie, porte ed interrutori vengono sanificati con prodotti a base alcolica, così come i televisori ed altre apparecchiature elettriche.
Fino alla fine dell’emergenza, le colazioni in sala comune sono sospese. Troverete in camera il necessario per una colazione, con bollitore ed assortimento di the e caffè solubili. Potrete indicarci prodotti di vostra preferenza prima del vostro arrivo.
Stoviglie, piatti e bicchieri vengono igienizzati con lavaggio in acqua ad alta temperatura ed amuchina.
